So now that Begich is going to win do people still think there is something rotten in Alaska?

Sarah is still there.

In any case, something very weird happened with the turnout.
Even after Ramo's post you believe this?

Previous to any of the votes being counted:
Where is this from? The numbers I've seen suggest much lower numbers than this (~50k)
There's a big difference between these two. I don't see very much strange if there are 80k left.
The AP had reported 50k as the total outstanding number of ballots, when in fact it was only the number of absentee ballots. That difference of 30k makes the difference between an unusually low turnout (given circumstances) and a normal turnout.

You have to be an idiot to not see why Begich winning would be considered the "right" answer, regardless of party affiliation.
The other guy is a convicted felon, and the polls had him losing by a significant margin. Now that the result appears likely to jive with both of those factors, you expect sound and fury?
On the other hand, as stated, the exit polls had Stevens winning, so it wasn't like it was beyond the realm of possibility here.

I wasn't all that surprised at the results. Just turnout (again, based on false numbers from AP). Alaska is weird. It was not beyond realm of possibility in my mind that they would vote for a convicted felon.
And it looks like the absentee and early votes are heavily for Begich, which can explain why both exit polls and first results were won by Stevens (assuming that the exit polls did a bad job of finding out who had cast absentee/early ballots)

Anyway, Imran & BK, if you want to hear screaming about election fraud b/c the Dems are winning/have won, feel free to stop by any number of right-wing blogs. I made the mistake of checking out a couple (following links from Real Clear Politics) yesterday. Apparently, Obama didn't actually win the election. He stole it, with assists from ACORN, the Mob, and various other sketchy characters (read: MSM).
This is more delusional than believing the Republicans stole '04 (bigger margin), and that was delusional.
