My stock tanked today! Luckily I was watching at opening and got out at my entry. In all, I lost the comission fee. Still, they may get approval despite lowsy response from FDA.

They will probably ask them for more studies, which will probably sink the company or get them absorbed by Cephalon. If tomorrow they get a positive vote by the panel then the FDA will probably get a 50/50 shot at approval which then might be worth buying in at these leves and up to 60 cents or so.Originally posted by OneFootInTheGrave

NASDAQ suspended trading for the day on ACUS, the one I sold out of two days ago for no gain and no loss. I have never seen this before, the suspended trading due to the pending FDA panel meeting today. They normally don't care; this will be either very good for ACUS or very bad. Pre-market trading will reflect the decision, too late to get in or out it seems.Comment
