I cannot understand how you thank god if the beacon of light you should follow, being Jesus - would totally and utterly disagree with you!
Maybe they're all adepts of the old testament over there in the US? Pillage, rape, incest, genocide and so on are pretty acceptable in that part in which God is a fearsome deity altogether
