I also don't think Truman is in this part of the pic.
My guess is Mark Twain instead of Custer. I also disagree with that being Truman.

I thought the same, but then stumbled upon this pic at wikipedia

Can you all stop stop calling that guy "Pharao"? It's definitely NOT an Egyptian
Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
And notifying the next of kin
            Once again...

I tend to agree. Alexander the Great or Antonius, I guess.

I agree with Lancer that the guy between Hitler and Saddam is Mussolina.

Is that Jackie Chan to our left of Lenin? If so, why the guitar?

I'm also going to guess that two people to our right of Chaplin is a very young Mao Tse Tung.

And above Hitler's shoulder is Shi Huangdi, the first Emperor of China.

Do we need to get them all before it moves on.?

The only guy I see with a tea cup is just above Putin. He doesn't appear to be looking at the TV; he's not wearing a purple jacket, and he's definately NOT Harry Truman.

He's dark skinned and appears to be from the subcontinent. But he's not Gandhi, Jeda, Nehru or anyone else I know from there.

Yo ho! That's Sun Yat-sen next to the parrot!

Is the guy with the playing cards Sigmund Freud?

                              Lee had a beard.
Before the war, he had only a black moustache.
                              This isn't him.

I'm guessing it's Twain in his steamboat captain days.

Asian guy in green is Guan Yu. I don't think Custer/Twain/Lee is any of the above... too old for Custer, doesn't look anything like Twain (where's the bushy hair?), and Lee had a full beard in all of his pictures from when he was older.
