The guy in the center bottom is pissing me off the most, I can't pinpoint who it might be.

His clothing is somewhere between 1900 and 1930 maybe 1940. Looks German.

The Chinese bottom left is Lei Feng.

As for Dr Livingstone, I can't confirm, I can't find one picture that looks like that, so he may have drawn that one from memory, but then I thought about it a bit more, he looks a lot more like David Attenborough.
The guy next to Chaplin is Henry Ford. he has a model T at his feet.

I think Winston should add names into the pic of the guys that are already id-ed.

Could the guy next to Freud, who has been guesses as possibly Truman actually be Jonas Salk?

Gepap, you're probably right, it's just the suit that's putting it off.

I agree with Frosty that the man above Deng is Sun Yat Sen and not Chiang Kai Shek, as has otherwise been suggested.

                    Sun Yet-sen

                    Chiang Kai-shek

Jonas Salk or Larry David, amirite?

                      • The guy next to Truman is not Freud, but rather Louis Pasteur..

Should I post the next part of the picture already? I suppose I will if noone objects too strongly.

                        • It would have been the most obvious choice, but he looks nothing like Pasteur.

Time to post the next picture.

Freud is most certainly in there, and at least two people here disagree with your assessment of that man as Truman.

                            • The good doctor may be Norman Bethune. The blue thing on his left arm is consistent with the picture below, but I found no pic were he was wearing glasses.

Oh well, I wouldn't have seen the difference even if the painter could paint faces properly .
