It seemed like a pretty effective speech. I wouldn't doubt it if they get some polling numbers. I still won't vote though. It was all salesmanship.

I couldn't bring myself to watch the Clintons, they are just so fake. But! I watched Obama tonight and was very impressed. If he had said 'I will not use your tax dollars to pay for abortions', I would be voting for him. I agree with everything else he had to say except the nuke energy blurb. Anyway, can't vote for him, but for that one thing he seems like an excellent choice, but that one thing is all it takes. Still, if he gets in I won't mind listening to and watching him like I minded watching Clinton. Hope he stands by the military. Don't want another Clinton, but he seems a much better man than that.

Maybe if he's beat here he'll go run over there.

I consider not voting a kind of vote. Unfortunately by purposely not voting I get thrown in the # with all those people who couldn't be arsed to vote which isn't my problem. I'm a pro life, pro military, anti big money, pro middle class, pro labor cluster**** who is not represented in American politics.

We need alot more parties in this country Etchy, with coalitions etc like they have in europe.

No, I will not go to the polls this go round. Which is more than I should say, but there you go.

Not sure what you mean there.

So basically you'd vote for a steel pin as long as he was against abortion.

No, he can personally support abortion and give his whole fortune to it, I do not want my taxes going for abortion, or any taxes, and I will not vote for anyone who does since that is a vote for that policy.

what the ! Who is saying this? Moveon.org? Or is this some troll

Obama is more destructive to real progressives than Repugs could ever be.

This is what old fart Gravel had to say even before Obama's flip flops, and he has a pretty good prediction to what is going to happen to people who believe Obama. It's actually funny and sad at the same time.
