I think I may have to check out Coldplay samples on iTunes as well.

Don't listen to the inevitable self-righteous wankers on here that put them down.

Get the Legacy Edition if you can. It has the whole concert on it, including numbers by Carl Perkins, the Carter Family and the Statler Brothers. You can get it new for $23 from Amazon. That's nothing for a box set of 2 CDs and a DVD.

That's not bad. I may just do that. The industry keeps coming out with the latest and greatest. Compilation albums that number more than the actual albums published. Not in this case, just an observation.

Well, unless Cash travels back in time and performs more songs, you'll never have to buy another version of San Quentin.

I'm listening to it now: The Carter Family doing "Wildwood Flower".

                Re: Your music collection!

Aerosmith – I have Aerosmith: Gold, as library material.

Guns n Roses – I have Appetite for Destruction. Interestingly, this was a "sleeper" in New Zealand. My friends and I had it about a year before it charted (predictably, all the idiots at our school hated it until it charted, at which point they loved it).

                Nickleback – how could you?

                3 Doors Down – who?

Bruce Springsteen – Awesome. Do you have his first album?

                Bon Jovi –

                Tim McGraw
                Faith Hill
Shania Twain – you gotta be kiddin me? How can a gay guy like her?

                Cher – you stereotype, you.

Seal – I have this somewhere?

                Daughtry
                P!nk
Usher – never heard of any of these dudes

                Brian McKnight – He's cool

Green Day – I like them.

U2 – I have most of their catalogue.

You seriously do not know who Usher is?

After my recent tidying of my music collection, I have around 60 GB of musik, some thousand files. A large majority is perfectly legal too, either bought, ripped from my family's CD collection or aquired as a gift from friends.

Norway's even got ****ing communal music collections. Is nothing sacred?

Do you have communal pornography as well?

Communal music? The law is easy: To copy your own music is allowed, as much as you want as long as you don't sell it. To give music to family and friends are legal too. That does not make it communal.

Friends over the internet might be in the grey area, I suspect.
