Capitalism has nothing to do with Christianity. Neither has communism. Or lazzes-faire or anything else.
Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.-Isaiah 41:10
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made - Psalms 139.14a

I'm glad you agree. Why are you telling me that, and not Ben?

But please, show me now some bible verses supporting your claim. When talking about Christianity, that is always essensial.

I shouldn't need to show a verse claiming that a Marxist society isn't a sin. I was asking Ben for a verse claiming that it was.

edit: I mean class struggle, in case you haven't read the rest of the thread. I realise that a society full of athiests would be sinfull.

I meant the claim about the poor and the rich. An x-post.

You and Ben both said that the Bible says that we should serve each other. That's also the way I remember it. I don't know where it says that though, probably in the gospels.

I'm tending to agree with you actually that the Bible doesn't say that the poor should serve the rich. Jesus said to serve the poor. If someone needs help christians should help them. That doesn't mean help the rich, who don't need it. But I was just responding to Ben.

But when did that mean that only the poor should serve the rich and not the other way around?

This seems to be your own little sect of Christianity with the idea that the poor shouldn't fight back against the rich.
What little sect do I belong too?

You haven't provided any biblical reference for the idea that the poor shouldn't fight the rich.
I gave two references saying that all are equal in Christ.

You did give reference (not scripture actually) for the rich respecting the poor, but nothing stating that the poor shouldn't stand up for themselves if they aren't respected by the rich.
                      Hmm?

Please define for me which books are considered scripture.

I'm at a loss here. Galatians and the book of Matthew don't count?

Just wanted to point that out before we discuss your ideas further.
You are terribly misinformed if you don't believe the two quotes I already provided were not in scripture.

                        Galatians 3:28

You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

                        Matthew 23:8-12

"But you are not to be called 'Rabbi,' for you have only one Master and you are all brothers. And do not call anyone on earth 'father,' for you have one Father, and he is in heaven. Nor are you to be called 'teacher,' for you have one Teacher, the Christ. he greatest among you will be your servant. For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.
There are the quotes in case you missed them.

So since we are all equal we aren't allowed to have any conflict at all? So you are against all war?
