          I think that would be very fair to grant him unlimited terms just like FDR had. Of course you probably believe it was a good thing that he stayed in power so long.

              FDR actually blamed Hoover for doing nothing in response to the Depression.

              And, yes, I think FDR was far more popular than a 30% approval rating that ole Dubya has currently.
