  • ok all of those methods are wrong.

    1) you cannot even sort by name in bookmark folders on the main list.
    2) all the changes in the organize bookmarks window DO NOT change the main list
    3)why TF did they not allow you to organize by right clicking? seriously whose brilliant idea was that? why TF make it so bloody complicated? there is a REASON they make a wiki for this to begin with, im sure other people have complained. this has to be the stupidest thing i have ever seen done by a browser company, next to Netscape when they sold to AOL.

      I'm not sure what the **** your problem is, but it works for me.

      Bookmarks -> Organize Bookmarks
      Click on the folder you'd like to sort, then right click and select "Sort by name"

      Observe that this is sorted by name.

      I wish I could revoke your internet license.

        • FF 3 has a big back button. It also took away auto image resizing of all kinds in gmail, which is ****ing retarded. When you upgrade versions you should try to not screw up simple things in the process, it is my conclusion that the only reason this was released was to get cake from the Internet explorer team, and while in fact cake is delicious and I have told people I would give up sex for a year if it could be replaced by alternating weekly cookie cakes and doberge ' SP cakes (you know the full expensive chocolate imported goodness) , it's small consolation for me in this case because all I have is a BIG back button, and NO cake?

          • They probably could use more usability testing by people with your level of IQ. Perhaps you should submit your feedback to them

              You can turn off the big back button if you don't like it, but only if you pass the requisite intelligence test.

              And I haven't been able to validate your claim about gmail. I suggest you email google about it, since it's their problem.

                  I'm sure if you try real hard you can figure it out.

                    • It's a serious usability issue, and you can't come up with a response to it, this is awesome

                      It's not gmails fault either, you buffoon. FF 2 can resize gmail attachment photos, FF3 cannot.

                        I don't have FF2 installed, but considering Gmail isn't sending the image as an HTTP/JPEG format, FF doesn't know to resize it. If FF2 did it, that's a pretty neat trick.
