The trick isn't to break some eggs to make an omelette, it's convincing the eggs to break themselves in order to aspire to omelettehood.

Trigonometry is a need-specific course. Get rid of it.
Especially get rid of any physical education. What doa bunch of fatasses want to do with that course? Pass a cupcake and get rid of the class.
No one should need the periodic table. Anyone who does chemistry at a respectable university is not given the table, only the values (and tbh, the student should learn them anyway).
You just wasted six ... no, seven ... seconds of your life reading this sentence.

Huge numbers of people don't go to church any more which is why the religionists are trying to force religion into schools.

They do it for the same argument as sex education and as they do on any subject. Too many parents don't involve themselves nearly enough in anything.

I think I confused you. I teach the kids Scientology Creationism and the importance of never succumbing to the evil will of Xenu.

No, school is the new church for liberals, which is why the conservatives are asking for equal treatment.

I don't see why schools shouldn't be permitted to teach Christianity and creationism alongside other religions like atheism and darwinism.

Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...
