He wasn't exactly a professional. Only reason he got away is because he ran like hell where there were lots of people and ditched his crowbar.

you know what, if you want anecdotes ill give you anecdotes.

i haven't locked my car nor my house in over year and nothing have ever been stolen. my yard is popular short cut for a buss stop. nextdoor is a home for troubled teenagers from all over the country, 4-5 of them whit 1 guardian in a regular house. "punks" to normal ratio in this area is probably 2/3. yet nothing gets stolen, nothing gets vandalized and no one gets shoot. worst thing is a part of the fence is a bit torn.

Right now i have my wallet in my unlocked car and windows down whit about 100bucks in it and i know it will be there tomorrow. yes iam a naive mouther****er whit blue eyes, but i couldn't imagine living in a place where i wasn't comfortable getting ****faced passing out in the local park, and the worst thing that happened is someone walked by and helped me home and made fun of me the nextday.
i have lost count of the amount of time i have lost my wallet at the pub only to get it back whit cash the next day. i always pick up hitchhikers and i rarely have trouble getting picked up when i do the same.

i take it back saying usa is a ****hole was not hyperbole. your whole eye for an eye attitude is a ****ing disgrace to a nation that made democracy a reality. how the mighty have fallen.

Some punk tried to bust into this place here with a crowbar. I caught him since I was quiet and he didn't think anyone was home. He was trying to pry off the lock.

Spooked him good, he ran like hell away but I got a good look at him.
