      Needs maybe another $4,000.

That's not much. A person could build that and then live good on maybe $500 to $800 a month. Real good. Hard pressed to spend it all.
      Wow,
      that sounds great.
When my parents inherited the house of my grandparents,
they had to take a credit of 50.000 € just to renovate it.

      Oh re Tina:
She looks cute. I assume the boys stand in line just to date her

No, I doubt she has ever had a date in her life. It's different here. If she did have a date she almost certainly had a chaperone along. Anything else would cause scandal and gossip.

That's why if someone comes here to date this girl or most any young lady here they can expect a chaperone.

You get married first here. That's the way it was with Dolores and I too.

When you look at Tina her eye is clear and her smile is true. That's why that is. Nobody is perfect of course, but Tina is a nice girl. Odds are very strong that she will be loyal to her man particularly if he is to her. Dolores has been totally faithful and honorable in every aspect of her daily dealings with the world, even in the US where morality isn't cultural anymore, and that is something to behold and admire. Good luck finding that in the West.

A couple of questions about the pour:

              (1) I see concrete blocks laying around. Are you going to build the walls with concrete blocks, or are you going to make the walls by pouring concrete between wooden forms?

              (2) How to you pour a ceiling? I'd think it'd drip down in big concrete blobbly blobs.

Tina is sure nice to look at. If I were younger and had a proper job I'd propose to her in a heartbeat

                  I've never had any problems.

CrONoS, so many guys feel that way and share experiences that are similiar. Just want to find a good woman, not much to ask for right?

                      Zkrib...

                      1) The block comes later and fills in the walls. The pour will sit on concrete/rebar posts that are already poured. I'll bring the cam and take pics of one of these today. Between the block and posts it makes for double support.

                      2) That's the reason for all the wood structural support shown in the early pics this thread. That support holds up plywood upon which the pour is made and which 'form's the pour. I'll get more detailed pics of the plywood today.

Zoid, I'm 14 years older than my wife and that difference is considered fine here. Jobs can be had...

che, yeah I do believe you. There are good women out there in the west but they always seem to be married.

DaShi, the cat should be over for lunch, I'll try to get it to cooperate for some pics but it doesn't take direction well.

I'm just about out the door to head for the beach.

Lancer, I'm 38. 20 years age difference is a bit creepy... But if you know any 25 year olds I'm up for it...

We're going to work on this Wezil, see if there's a younger girl of good rep you can write to.

Early this morn. There's a volcano out there you can't see in this pic.
