Work hard for our $, don't like to see it wash away. Besides, a sea wall built on the firm rock foundation should solve the problem.


Zkrib, I'd say maybe 5ish minutes drive in our truck. Didn't really observe too well. If you bring up a town map of the province of Bohol and measure from one end of Garcia Hernandez to the other you'll have the distance. The beach property is in barangay Canyaon and triangle is in barangay Malinao. There's a jeepney that does the route. Also Dolores and I called a Jagna tricycle driver on his cell and had him pick us up at our Jagna house and bring us to Canyoan in Garcia. So, maybe a person could just keep his favorite Garcia tricycle drivers cell #s and call in a ride? I've never done from one to the other but why not? Particularly if an extra 20 pesos (50 cents) is tipped. Dory bus runs fairly constantly past there anyway.

I didn't find the world's best map but I make it out to be about 7 miles if you're in Canayaon West. If you're in Canayaon East, then it's 8 miles.
