SpencerH, a big "thank you" from Vic for your $100 check recieved today. As it happens we're picking up Zkribbler at the airport in Tagbilaran tomorrow so we'll be able to deposit it. Threeish weeks from tomorrow it will be in their hands and Rigo will be able to buy the cement to pour the floor. He'll be very happy to learn it.

You're getting worried?? I shipped most of my vacation clothes on ahead of me. They were supposed to get here last week, and they still have showed. I brought a few changes with me, but getting dressed in the morning is starting to be a pain.

On the good side, Dolores decided not to build the little minimall she was thinking about. This frees up their piece of land just down the street from their soon-to-be beach house. It looks just like what I'm looking for. We ordered a survey of the property today, so we'll know just where the boundries are. I'm hoping to have an engineer draw up plans by the time I leave, and Papa Mente and the guys can start work on the seawall next month.
