If he were just interested in these women because he wants a baby for himself and his wife, one should think that he wouldn´t choose the women just because they look hot, but because the women have a mix of good genes, i.e. other things beside looking hot, for example being highly intelligent and the like.

Yeah, right. He was clearly trying to cheat. Did he? Technically, no. But that doesn't make it any less reprehensible.

Trying to use the wife's reproductive issues as the reason/excuse is totally lame and disrespectful of their partnership. And if you don't make legal preparations for adoption/possession of the child prior to conception, you're in a potential legal quagmire. His only possible defense is claiming world-class stupidity. And considering he left these emails in an account she can access, you can make a case for that.

Surely there's more to this story. He said if they wanted to hook up, which implies intent. The birthday isn't significant, only a woman would make a big deal about that . Snooping through his emails isn't very good either.

The marriage sounds like it's in trouble to begin with.

funny how these guys take her side. she's snooping into his emails. The marriage is in trouble before all this happened. I'm not saying it's alright for the guy to cheat, but there is little point in forcing something that is not there.

Wow go to work for a few hours and you guys go to it. Let's see where to begin. Wifeypooo has his password to his email as he has her password it isn't that unusual for either one of them to go into mail as I understand. When he was confronted she said they got into quite a heated argument regarding it and he said he wasn't hiding anything since it was on the computer they both used and he hadn't mentioned the emails cause he didn't really think anything about it. She told me that she saw one of the pictures of the girls who responded and (from a mans perspective) a blonde hottie.

See to me why not just inquire about seragocy (sp?) or something to that effect. Why go looking for a woman? And I could be wrong, God knows I have been many times before but it's the intent thing that bothers me. What's to keep him from doing it again but just being alot more careful so she wouldn't know it. I think on some level yeah, it's a form of cheating. He broke her trust.

And this one you great big twit! Nope my husband isn't that stupid he knows that's an automatic deal breaker. ****e if he had done that we wouldn't even be talking about it because I'd be to busy throwing his stuff out the front door.

All you really have in a marriage is trust. That's it. The lovey dovey stuff is great and working together is great but you have to have trust plain and simple. Without that you have nothing and if you can't trust the other person then you're going to continually go around picking apart every single thing they say looking for some way to catch them again and that's no way to live.
