Pubic hair begins to appear when females enter puberty. We are supposed to find pubescent girls attractive, because we're supposed to start impregnating them as soon as possible.

Nowadays, however, we worry about things like consent and such. But that doesn't mean we're not attracted to puberty, and there's nothing inherently wrong with being attracted to such an image so long as you have no intent to violate someone.
