Anarcists aren't organized like neo-nazis or the KKK. Anyway, I acknowledge that if they were in a group (not just being a bunch of anarcists), and they advocated violence as political expression (as a group) that they could legally be infiltrated. Spying on a bunch of people who wear black should not be legal however, keeping with democratic principles.

He then proceeds to put his hands on them (assault).

He blocks their path (interfering with a police officer).

It is a stretch, but it would be funnier than hell if charges against Cole and his flunky were the outcome.

That's not Cole saying cops. It is clearly someone else.

Listen to the clarity and volume of Cole saying "put the rock down" and compare it to the distortion and lower volume and different accent of the person saying ****ing cops.

The guy saying "you ****ing cops" is the masked protester pointing a finger.

And right after this, the cop hits Cole.


At the beginning of the video, the masked cops are several feet away from Cole and the riot police. Instead of leaving, the masked cops advance on the riot police line in an aggressive manner.


And for about 30 seconds, the only ones blocking the masked cops are the riot cops.

No, it's Cole. It's mostly his voice the whole way through.

Listen to 'no ***ing cops [that could be someone else] you ***ing cops get out of town, cops out of town.' The last bit is Cole for sure, and you can see him say the end of it.

At any rate, this is a far cry from the 2:20 you mentioned, after which they no longer interfered with the cops. Cole quite clearly interefered with people he believed to be cops trying to get to the police line.

Yup. He moves Cole out of his way after Cole interferes with he and one of his mates.

I don't see an aggressive manner, other than that brought out by Cole blocking them. I see the 3 cops trying to get away from the BB to the police line. That would be the safe move.
