These sort of infiltrations of protests are very common. In the run-up to the protests around the Republican 2004 Convention there were New York cops doing under cover infiltration work in Europe for ****'s sake. In any serious protest there's at least one under cover cop and there's a long history of these cops goading other people to do illegal ****.

Although this person received compensation from the Canadian government, it appears that not one Canadian official involved has been punished in any way, and several have been promoted (one guy resigned, but that's not punishment). So, yet again, Canadian taxpayers foot the bill for official malfeasance and the perpetrators are left to perhaps commit further crimes.

On the other hand, when they mingle with the crowd with the sole purpose of starting a fight, which will result in law abiding people being attacked by the police, I think most people, other than the Canadian Adolf Hitler Appreciation Society, will have a problem with that.

I would be ready to bet that these guys are policemen.

I know that I repeated ir several times, but the guys tshirt is a tshirt from CHOI Radio-X; a right-wing, pro american, and pro-capitalism radio station of Quebec City! It only takes a policemen to think about wearing this kind of t-shirt thinking into a leftism protest.

At the same time, I have nothing against policemen acted these kind of way, as long as they won't do any illegal thing.

I don't have alot of time but here is my conspiracy on this:

They didn't take their masks off because they are the kind of people who like to go to protests and cause trouble. If they took their masks off, they would be identifiable to not only authorities who would them in turn not let them participate, but also to protest organisers, who would make sure they were banned from the protest.

They all crossed the line at the same time, not because they were organised, but because one saw an oppertunity, and the others followed behind.

I don't nessicarily believe the stuff I just said because there is no solid evidence to support it, just like there is nothing but unsubstaniated conjecture on the part of the people in the video and some posters on this forum.

Anyway.. I got to go pick up my wife from the hospital. She had Gall Bladder surgery yesturday that didn't go the best in the world. Later.

No, it's really not ridiculous. Sure, the evidence is circumstantial. But there's enough of it to make it stink.

So claiming Agathon is akin to a flat-earther because he thinks these guys were cops is silly. Is it possible they weren't cops? Sure, but based on the circumnstantial evidence... it doesn't look that way. A reasonable person can conclude that.

Of course, you're a cop. You're rather disinclined to believe other cops were playing dirty, unless the evidence is completely overwhelming. That's natural.

What cop in his right mind would let Black Bloc anarchists approach a police line holding a rock?

What anarchists in their right mind would surrender to the police? Any anarchist would protest that they weren't cops, and would not worry about being identified, since they hadn't done anything up until that point. And if they didn't want to be identified by the police, having themselves arrested seems to be directly counter to that goal.

And they weren't being banned from the protest. The protest leader just told them that they couldn't protest there.

And the other anarchists there are on camera saying that these guys were trying to incite them to riot.
