I - the constitution of third may, 1791, abolished by foreign intervention
II - the constitution of Warsaw duchy 1807, abolished by foreign intervention
III - the constitution of the Congress Kingdom, 1815 - abolished by tzar after november "uprising" (so de facto by foreign intervention)
IV - march constitution 1921- after regaining independance
V - april constitution - the march constitution was severely changed after coup d'etat by Pilsudski, 1926, but it was only after his death in 1935 that it was completely changed - preserved in the gouverment in exile, but de facto abolished by foreign intervention
VI - 1952, communist constitution, after ww2 - abolished by the fall of communism
VII - 1997, after the fall of communism

Yep, I'm glad an unelected group of people has so much power to influence the US without actually being elected. Europe must be jealous.
In other news, I don't think the founding fathers meant to make the Judicial branch so powerful and influential on American policy. They're supposed to enforce the law and make rulings based on the law, not re-interpret the law in order to fit their political views.
