Yep, I'm glad an unelected group of people has so much power to influence the US without actually being elected. Europe must be jealous.
In other news, I don't think the founding fathers meant to make the Judicial branch so powerful and influential on American policy. They're supposed to enforce the law and make rulings based on the law, not re-interpret the law in order to fit their political views.
The US is a common law country, deal with it. If you don't want judges interpreting the law, move to France.Comment
