The only way she could get infected was (and this is disgusting, but bear with me) if he were infected, and if a lot of his saliva made its way into some break of the skin's surface on her face, and into her bloodstream (or other body fluid). HIV can spread through oral contact, but you'd have to swallow roughly a glass of the infected partner's saliva for there to be a chance of that (that, or sores in the mouth).Originally posted by Pekka
