                8am - Chicken in Ginger and lemon sauce with basmati rice, 1 pint skimmed milk
                11:30am - Braised lamb with carrot and swede mash, 1/2 pint skimmed milk
                3pm - Chicken breast in whiolemeal bread

                To be had..

                6pm - Chicken breast in wholemeal bread
                9:30pm - 1/2lb 1% fat cottage cheese
