    • I love almost all Indian food. There are a couple things I don't like as much, but they aren't common and I can't even name them right now. Naan seems less special than many of the rest of it though.

Currently I am having my second glass of tea. Tea is probably all I will have until evening.

Probably 3 warm meals. I cooked up 6 eggs this morning. I should also add I walked eight miles down the canal.

All the meals with chicken or salmon are one pan/tray so not too much washing up either

                            • True, I don't eat enough vegetables. But I take a multivite and extra vitamin C, and drink lots of fruit juice. Besides, vegetables are for hippies

Today is gym day, so too much protein is preferable to too little. In any case, I've read that 2g protein per kg of bodyweight is a good number, so I shoot for 180-200g a day.

My morning bowl of cereal is large, and I snack on other sources of carbs throughout the day.

Juice tends to be just sugar (or simple carbs - avoid!)

On a gym day you should have slow-releasing carbs before your workout and in your PW meal, not more protein.
