For those with technical skills... it's even worse. While we really need technical skills at the moment... trust is far more important since they have to have pretty much full access to many important areas if they are to do their job properly. In the past, the owners had to be REALLY sure before granting that kind of access. And that is still the case even today.

That is what we do with all our tech volunteers. They understand the importance of it and haven't minded doing it.
