Now I don't care much for polling, but since it was an issue before, here goes (percentage numbers are in the plural, right?):
70% of people asked found that tearing down the house was a good decision, only 16% were against.
For no peaceful solution being accomplished prior to the riots, 58% blame the activists and 23% the city council.
61% don't want another youth house in Copenhagen.
92% found the police had handled the situation well or very well.

And remember, this protest, if properly marketed, would have drawn the attention of like-minded people from all over Europe and even some other places. They'd have had no shortage of people willing to go there just to protest. It would have acted as a magnet. And as I said, they should have done this four months ago.
