In Russian version of the picture the bear instead of "Surprise!" says "Preved, ya medved!" (which means "Hi, I am a bear!".
Medvedev means Medved's (bear's).
Another funny/mystic facts are:
1) Eltsin's initials are E.B.N. which is almost equal to "to f*ck" in Russian or "a f*cked-up thing" (EBaN'/¸áàíü). And Eltsin indeed ****ed up our country.
2) Putin's initials are V.V.P. which is the abbreviation for GDP in Russian. And Putin nearly doubled our GDP within 8 years of his rule (78% or 87% GDP growth, I don't recall the exact figure).
3) Medvedev's initials are D.A.M., which is the form of the Russian verb "davat' " (to give) that means: "I will give you". I wonder what exactly he will give us (in case if elected, of course)?
