Half of our sex-ed classes were taught by older students who had to teach us as a project.

One of their little activities was to publically have us admitt to how much we had done, using baseball terminology. That wasn't awkward at all!

There were two people at 2nd base, one at 3rd.

The guy at 3rd base was very proud.

We were all 13 or 14, mind you.

                I don't remember learning anything.

Then again, I wasn't paying attention--I thought it a colossal waste of time that I would have rather spent in physics, math, or English.

My priorities were a bit off back then.

Our science teacher (1 wooden leg, organizer of chess club) did too but it was soon forgot.

It was circulating the same day the other science teacher had said "today we're going to learn about dicks and fannies!" when his class walked in. He also played the guitar and had long hair.

My priorities in highschool were Math, Science, and Lit.

In college they became Math and Physics.

I currently wish they were a bit different.

I doubt being a porn star is covered in the core curriculum

I learned in sex-ed class that (older student) sex ed teachers are quite adept at deflecting awkwardly pointed questions like "What does semen taste like?"

The only thing I really remember from Sex-ed is the AIDS part. This was the mid eighties, so the AIDS scare was at it's highest. We had a doctor from the local hospital come and teach us about safe sex, and as far as I remember, it really revolved only around HIV and AIDS.
