Not really, atheists do things based off other philosophies. For example, I base a lot of my decision-making on the processes used in science. There is no requirement to recognize science in atheism. Atheism is the mere rejection of a suite of philosophies, not a philosophy of its own.

Perfection, I clearly stated that all atheists are not alike. Still you react to my post as if I was trying to describe all atheists. Every atheist is different. I just mentioned some atheists and some ideas that atheism brought forward.

Open your eyes, atheists, you are part of a worldwide religion. And the differences you observe are because religions differ. christianity is not equal to islam. buddhism is not equal to hinduism.
To bring it even further, buddhism is in it's core an atheistic form of religion. It says that there are no gods and no higher goals, suffering comes from desiring, stop desiring to end all your suffering. It's a phylosophy based on an atheistic worldview.
So is Nietsches view on humanity a philosophy based on atheism.

That divergence is what makes it not a religion! It's far too wide! Unlike every single religion there is only one unifying point in atheism ("God? Forget that!"). Atheism is not even a philosophy it's so divergent. There is no central athiest text, there are no venerated figures, there are no core moral systems, no common rituals, no traditions, there's nothing but the rejection of theism. That's all atheism is. It is not even a philosophy and most definitely not a religion!
