    Here is a menu. Pick my dinner.

    I'm going to a fancy-shmancy restaurant on top of a skyscraper tonight with a woman. A pretty woman. A Flames-fan woman. We're going back to my place after. To watch the Flames game.

          I would have gone with that, but I felt the mushroom would make a much better entree for the lamb.

              Mushrooms or shrimps. Or better, shrimps with parmigiano (I just love cheese).

                The thing is I've never had lamb I've liked. Though this may be different, as it's braised...but normally it's very tough.

                    If the lamb is tough, it hasn't been prepared properly or is just a crappy piece of meat.

                      Usually mutton is tough. Lamb is supposed to be tender.
