Here's a sneaky idea. Pay the Kurds to start stirring **** up in neighboring countries (secretly) instead of discouraging them from adventuring. You know, you **** my sister, I **** your mother.

This would work better if it wasn't for Turkey. We've had our differences, but they're still probably our most reliable ally in the region. It would be great if the Kurds would only try to free their brothers in Iran, but I don't see that happening...
