A copycat title from the Movies thread.
My first one is Dexter, on Showtime. The first season is finished, so I must anxiously await the second one to start. I would highly recommend this show. The basic plot line, is Dexter (the main character) works in forensics for a Florida PD, as a blood splatter expert. He is also a serial killer. Don't worry, that wasn't a spoiler.
My second one is Rome, on HBO, which I acquired after being recommended it by both fellow posters, and some friends at work. I'm sure a lot of you have already seen this, but if you haven't, do it now!
I would recommend nBattlestar Galactica, as well as The Office, but all you nerds already watch them religiously, so no need.
I would not normally have heard of Dexter, or Rome, since they are a little out of the mainstream (IMO), so I have hope that maybe there are some other good TV shows out there, that I haven't yet heard of - let's hear 'em.
