Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God? - Epicurus

I don't see what others see in Firefly.
Agreed. We started watching it because everybody in my fiancee's office raved about it, but we aren't that thrilled. It's not horrible, pretty funny in places ("No, don't shoot, the captain needs to do this for himself." "No I don't, no I don't!") but overall it seems like somebody took Roddenberry's 'western in space' idea a bit too literally.

First 5 are OK - Season 6 is a disappointment (thus far).

The Venture Brothers - the best animated show on television.
Mythbusters, Dirty Jobs, Seconds From Disaster, & I Shouldn't Be Alive - all Discovery channel shows. Mythbusters is my fave, but Alive is often one of the most gripping hours on television.
Mythbusters is great. One of the few shows I miss.

2nd greatest line...by Adam: "Failure is always an option here at Mythbusters."
