            This is stupid. I'll qualify my statement for you. A casual observer with no emotional attachment to the event definitely could find this amusing.

            If you want to argue that a person couldn't, several people in this thread are already direct proof against that; if you want to argue that a person shouldn't, I'll get bored and go visit another thread, because you get on my nerves.

                          I certainly think it was not necessary. I haven't seen it, and have no wish to see it, as I find it sick. Quite why major news networks chose to show it is strange - and I suppose it's an extension of the voyeristic sickness that is 'reality TV'.

                              Not only show it, but show it over and over again. I don't us my TV (waste of time), but just going to the gym I saw it as it seemed to be repeatedly running on the news...
