Boy Hangs Himself After Watching Saddam

I see some people saying that an accidental hanging of children is funny, and some of the one's who are saying it, I'm shocked. Some I expect it, but some shock me.
To think it funny, in the least, is a reflection of moral bankruptcy.

Some people here complain that Hussein was tried, convicted and hanged but somehow find this with children to have humor.

There's something wrong with this picture.

If it were an adult moron, who hung himself out of drunkness or stupidity, I'd laugh too and call him a Darwin award laureate. But if it happens to a boy, who's not yet fully aware what he's doing and tries things out of curiosity (and that's not anormal, but inherently how children are!), it's certainly a tragedy and nothing I'd make a joke of.

Your mileage may vary, of course. I didn't say "you shouldn't find it funny", but merely that I don't.

I have to call BS on that one.

Some people are too stupid to live. There I said it.

I watched all the violent films when I was a kid (I had no parental supervision), including all the old westerns. I used to enjoy making nooses as a kid. But I wasn't stupid enough to hang myself with it. I knew what would happen.

I'm thinking something is wrong with kids now days. Someone is not teaching these kids about death.

Used to toy with the idea of hanging myself when I was a kid...was trying to escape what I thought was a miserable life (years later I discovered I had a great life).
Anyhow, I'd climb the tree, undo one side of the swing, make noose, put my neck through it and contemplate jumping off. Eventually I'd take it off...but come to think of it, if I had slipped and fallen, I'd have been a gonner.
