      What a sloppy drunk.

I only had five drinks all night. I was gambling and didn't want to bet money while drunk.

Ever considered the kind of energy that can build up inside a bottle? Eye injuries from corks are not uncommon and can be dangerous.

Damage assesment: lost a lighter. Memory loss is surprisingly minimal however.

Saras, I'm sorry your eye got hurt. I know it must have been highly traumatic. I shouldn't have joked about it.

                I'll go shut up now.

It is a commonly used English phrase which hasn't meant exclusively sparkling wine from the Champagne region of France for several centuries. Companies lose rights to names that become generic in as little as 10 years yet we're supposed to give Euros a free pass after several centuries of nonenforcement? Screw that. The rule of law. Stupid European attempts to trade mark generic terms.

BTW I recently also had fresh local parmasian and feta cheeses. Euro's should be ashamed of their attempts to decieve consumers and trade mark generic terms.

Regardless, I personally think 'Californian sparkling wine' has a better ring to it than 'Champagne'.

Typically the export bottles are marked as such to get around the absurd EU protectionist measures.
