Didn't you see the "Holocaust Conference" (aka denial) held in Iran last weel? There were jews participating and supporting the dissolution of Israel as a state. Religion brainwashes people.

I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

That wasnt organized,it was a mob, in essence. I was referring to the various groups that have reached out to help this woman (and which are presumably vieing for the opportunity to take her case to Israeli court)

I dont have any problems if muslim countries have gender segregated buslines serving a few neighborhoods (of course no one should be beaten) as long as they dont go blowing people up, and it would be nice if they let women get educated and hold public office.Originally posted by General Ludd

Not by being the object of beating at the hands of other riders, I would suspect. Nor by being beaten by policemen. Being forcibly lifted and carried would not qualify as "violence" in my mind.Originally posted by lord of the mark

Cmon, this is a minor incident in a country with plenty of feminism, where there is currently a woman foreign minister, and women can do anything men can do. This was an obscure action by a fringe. But its always fun to point and say "aha, the Jews do it to""A person cannot approach the divine by reaching beyond the human. I think we are in agreement here. But wouldnt being forcibly lifted and carried in a situation where that was not authorized qualify as violence?Originally posted by KrazyHorse

This is not just about the "minor incident" in which a 50 year old woman was beaten up by a bunch of ignorant cowards. This is not even about passengers on the non-segregated bus blaming the victim for not simply accepting her place at the back of the bus. This is also about a bus line that segregates women.Originally posted by lord of the mark

Not particularly. Nor would verbal harassment. But neither should they be allowed in order to enforce rules not in effect.Originally posted by lord of the mark

I could translate the whole article, if there's an interest. I'm convinced that this is a problem facing Jewish people not only here in Copenhagen, but across all of Europe where significant immigration of Muslims has recently taken place. Yet it is one that is seldomly addressed in public, presumably from fear of further aggravating an already devastating situation for Jewish minorities. Political correctness may also play a part in this, as it is frowned upon by some when people would try to represent Muslims as anything other than victims, let alone as being actual racist offenders.Originally posted by Zkribbler
