    I don't think that is a racist comment. You're not claiming whites are genetically superior but are attributing the difference to education.

      BTW we should be withdrawing slowly but not complete it until Bush's last day in office. That gives the Iraqi Government a bit more time to get its act together and the Bush Administration time to actually try to do what it has only been half assing so far. Namely, build a functioning Iraqi army.

      The Iraqis don't have any planes, any helecopters, any armored vehicles, nor any tanks. Mostly because Cheney and Rumsfield didn't want them to have them in case they rebelled they wanted the allies to be able to ***** slap them down in short order. That's all well and good but you can't build a creditable army like that. Iraq needs a creditable army if the government is going to stand any chance so the Bush Administration needs to remove the road blocks, start training hundreds of thousands of soldiers instead of just 30,000 in 3 years (less then half of whom are worth a ****), and actually make sure that army has overwelming fire power.
