yes I had seen that article and others refer to the Brick site as a "city-owned" building. At the same time I know that the province is usually responsible for highways . There is probably some arrange for cost sharing on a project such as this road widening.

I don't get the impression Dion is particularly attached to the French citizenship or is keeping it for a 'rainy day'. I suspect he will renounce it (ala the GG) before it ever becomes an issue.

Screw that! For all their warts, Ontario and Quebec have at least one thing going for them. No way would we want to trade our problems with them for the follies of California, New York, Florida, and Texas.
