                      Maybe it is declining, civ is about 15 years old. I was busy on the On-Topic for a year, then the OT for the second. After that, I became a forum slut. But like any slut, I still come back here cuz it's fun.

                          Did you guys ever meet a guy who called himself "Albert Speer"? If you're lookin' for a racist, that guy was it. I think he got a DL, which may be one of the guys mentioned above.

                          We used to have some really deep political discussions. I mean, has anybody ever heard of participatory economics? I hadn't until I started posting here.
