History forum hasn't had a lot of activity, mostly because many OTF members are still starting history threads in OTF -- are they too lazy to go to the History forum or are they unaware of it's existence? I hope we'll slowly start seeing more activity there. Then again, quality > quantity, and Laz and LOTM have both kept the forum impressively on-topic so far and the spam content is pretty low there.
I think a good way to improve the activity level of the on-topic forums such as the Civ4 fora would be to increase the amount of activity people per forum, which would lead to more people to discuss with. A quick way to accomplish this would be to merge all the Civ4-subfora into a single one, there's no need for a split unless topics drop off from the first page within the time average poster spends on a single new thread (15 minutes?).Comment
