I walked out of a "science forum" after a mod threatened to suspend me for saying that The impact of the Twin Towers couldn't have caused the collapse of building 7, and it had some of the signs of a controlled demolition, as well as pointing out flaws in the government's economic statistics. This was about 4 months ago.

I am not proud of it but yippur got into it with Solver and Ming over what i felt was preferential treatment to another poster.

I dont feel that way now because I recognized, as does often happen with me, I get emotional then heated then Tora Tora Tora

In addition no one likes being talked "down to"..at at least very few do....

I been here over 6 years and without reservation can say here and now only ONE TIME did I feel Ming was wrong in speaking the way he did to me.
Now let me say why I called him by name and Why I honestly feel many have problems with Ming....and again..this is strictly the opinion of yours truly, Brother Bruce...

In over 27,000 posts mind you, I would tell in face to Face, Ming you didnt need to use that tone or speak as though I am inferior to you.

Ming has a very tough job, he is berated,insulted and threatened, not necessarily for reason many say but because of his position.

I dont hate Ming in fact would love one day to meet him in person.

I try to look at it like he processes a lot of tough information to not on occassion "be human" and accidently speak wrong, holler at or be out of line.

I watch people try to bait him, spam or threadjack knowing its wrong.

He isnt employed or paid so he offers Markos and Dan the help of maintaining the site.

A mature person would do some searching of their soul and want to help make this site as poplular and entertaining as they could, I love Apolyton and I love gaming and really enjoy the people who come here, for the most part.

I guess what I feel it boils down to is everyone who comes here is in the stands of a mega stadium, almost 100,000 in seats watching the monitors on instant replay and of course murmmuring as the level of which the head referee calls the game.

If only we could all see through his eyes what he has to condone, even for a moment.

People, Ming is not perfect and neither are we.

Maybe, just maybe if we stopped and thought prior to our actions we would not "Force" Ming to make a call.

I am a manager, I have 45+ people who work for me. I say this because whenever discipline is needed on one of my folks, I simply execute the penalty as fair as I can. I have never "Fired" or "Suspened" someone for no reason, the offending party cause me to execute judgement.

What harm could it possibly be if we helped our staff and management keep this a popular site by "assisting" in policing our neighborhoods we visit!

Please, lets be honest, no hard-ons for the Mods, a wee bit of forgiveness and most certainly more understanding would go a long way to help lessen the appearance of so called improper weilding of authority by the Mods.

Thank you Ming and Thank you members for working a a team in keeping this Apolyton the sucess it has been and will continue to be.

A PCR, I got tired of the avatar policy and decided to cynically spam my way to 500. 300 posts in a weekend. After the PCR, I took a few day's break, and quickly spammed up to 500 again. I restrained from posting on-topic in order to stay at 500 posts for around 6 months to make a point, but nobody got it
