IED was [something] explosive disorder (i.e exploding violently for no apparent reason)

Was any information given about Social Anxiety Disorder (I'm assuming that IED doesn't mean "improvised explosive device") besides the name? Or were we just given the name and perhaps NeOmega's enlightened view on said disease/disorder/addiction/condition/whatever?
