go out and get a drink instead of posting here
I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

Learn to calm yourself using meditation techniques like only paying attention to your breathing for a minute or two and trying to comfortably slow your breathing rate. It works.

I already mentioned this, but you can't get laid unless you are laid back. (or you have lots of money)

Before you react to anything, hold back a second. Think to yourself, "Should I let this bother me?" Then answer yourself, "Bah, fat chance."

Also keeping a smile on your face - you may have to work at this initially - helps.

I've heard good things about slow talking. I tried practicing it, but grew impatient with it.

So, so damn hard to do though.

I don't think so, it feeds back on itself so it gets easier as you go along. You just have to decide that you need to calm down and have the minute attention span and will necessary to get started. The goal is to almost completely quit thinking and get in touch with your inner lizard by focusing your attention on your most basic functions. Anxiety typically exists higher in the brain and is literally undercut.

I'm alive, all my friends r doing okay, all else is just filler.

Btw, I'm extremely laid back. However I think it went hand n hand with my overall lack of motivation. So dont be too laid back.
