The official word is Falschfahrer, though

Actually I hope that now that Poland is free of the Soviet overlords that Poland and Germany can effect some sort of union in order to face Russia with overwhelming force and absorb the Ukraine as slave underlords to raise food for you and provide peasant stock with which to confound alien attempts to geneticly alter europe to blah blah blah using anal probes. Though that part you are certainly free to continue on your own in concert with the Belgians.

At the moment the climate between Poland and Germany is rather icy. So maybe it needs some time before there can be a German-Polish marriage like the one we had with the French...

Maciej, I think you misunderstand something here. It's the thing which goes on often in these discussions: "But they always pale in comparison to what they were caused by, attrocities commited by Germans."

While that is true, it's also kinda beside the point, since nobody questions that, not even the vast majority of Germans today. The expulsion of Germans post-WWII is definately not used to make Germany the victim of WWII at all here in public. And most people here don't really want lost territory back (on state level - private persons trying to get property in Poland is another matter), it's rather a non-issue, regardless what some Polish newspapers write about it or about the Steinbach (if she gets her "Vertriebenenzentrum" or not).

The unfunny joke my fadder told me:

A pair of Austrians are driving on a one way road when a car comes flying up the other way, horn sreaming. He swerves and they narrowly miss each other. This happens again, then again and again. Over the radio comes the announcement "There is a Falschfahrer driving up the highway!" The Austrian, swerving to avoid yet another car says to his passenger, "no ****, there's alot of them!".

The old man was a famous goalie for them. Had the clippings to prove it. People recognised him on the streets of Zurich when I was a kid.
