Chinese? That must explain why they have such a soccer tradition .

And of course we've accepted the language from the English, we've just improved is all, like the Brazilians accepted soccer from the English and improved it .

"Soccer" is not acceptable even in he UK anymore because the word has been hijacked by the Yanks. It marks you down as a "casual" fan.

Improving your game over the English...not really the hardest in the world, eh.

Anyone can kick a ball around - but coming up with a set of rules that becomes the global game is something else. I haven't noticed 'Chinese Rules' being played too widely.

Of course, if anyone can link to the relevant appendix of Sun Tzu's Art of War where he explains the offside rule and specifies the dimensions of the playing area, I'll happily retract.

Maybe you guys should stop inventing games and practise more in the ones you compete.

Ohh, but I forgot, you still pwnz at tennis.
(where you all suddenly are British instead of English, I've noted)

And dammit, I'm on your side!

I was about to say that you've misspelt 'misspelt', but there's also some eye-popping grammar going on there too. "We've just improved is all" - is that American for "We've just improved it, that's all"? As they say on the internet - WTF?

Yeah, we found you used too many unneccesary "u"s, so we packaged them up and sent them to the hacker community to use in place of real words.

We stopped inventing them years ago, as the set of gifts to the world was complete. Unfortunately we stopped practising at the same time.

Ohh, but I forgot, you still pwnz at tennis.

We cheer and admire Murray when he plays well, roll our eyes when he collapses into a puking heap in the corner of the court, and when he finally bottles it and loses we glance at his "Scortland" wristband and say "ah, sod the spotty Scotch sulker, he hates us all anyway".

                            Potentially great player, though.
