Hi.
Cooking has been raised several times at this place, and the tradition of using uniform titles for threads beginning with "Apolyton Cuisine" has not yet been fully established. I shall continue my crusade![Wink](https://apolyton.net/core/images/smilies/wink.gif)
But no matter how good your minestrone or antipasti, Lancer salad or pasta sauce, let's forget cooking for now and turn our attention to a field that has been neglected at this place since I asked for a chocolate cookie recipe a year ago: baking.
What's your favourite cake to bake? Do you produce the strongest chocolate tart in your family? Share your best recipes. And help me out with basic steps.
I don't get to bake things as often as I can try out my cooking, so I lack experience. I want to make a nice chocolate cake with a simple basis, add some blueberries and maybe cranberries as well as chocolate chips. No icing, no whipped filling or extra cream. Plain chooclate with chocolate chunks and blueberries. All I need is a recipe for plain chocolate dough. I could look on the internet but it's full of highbrow specialty recipes![Smile](https://apolyton.net/core/images/smilies/smile.gif)
