Actually, it could be expected for some countries or groups to form blocks that might include withdrawing from WTO in the face of currency manipulation and theft of intellectual property.
Intellectual property? What a nonsense term.

The EU is silent now, just wait til an EU corporation faces the level ot theft that MS does.
I have always wondered how these people come up with these "estimations" of "thefts."
Do they call up companies and ask, "Are you using illegal copies of programs?" ::shrug::

"Free Trade" is a right-wing euphimism for "A race to the bottom in wages and regulations."
The faster wages go down, the faster prices go down.
There is more to the market than one liners, and specific economic policy takes a bit of analysis as there is no one size fit all solution when considering the diverse level of development we are looking at here.
Perhaps, since the US is forced to follow all WTO regulations no matter how absurd, China could start doing the same thing. Or are they too busy not enforcing their millions of "meanful" labor laws?

Enjoy it. It's the height of UR's reasoning ability. When you spout out other people's wrong ideas without fully understanding them yourself, you can't defend them when challenged. So best to just state them and run, while pretending to be an intellectual. If you happen to anger anyone or make a fool of yourself, you can just spend some posts later kissing ass to convince yourself that you're popular as well. Classic.

Then look at China, a country that we brought out of global isolation in the 70's. How much progress have we made there?
How much?

What a brilliant argument...
I have repeatedly pointed out that why the term "intellectual property" is nonsense in the past. I am not going to keep doing it.

well the US treasury recently froze the assets of 4 chinese companies and a front company in America for assisting Iran in Missile tech, including state owned companies that have been sanctioned before on this very matter.
Well that's certainly alot of progress. However, I was curious what Kuci might consider progress.
