Once again, religion starts wars and claims lives...
The religious aspects of the conflict are incidental, and do not greatly contribute to the intensity and duration of the conflict.
One of the lessons of war and politics since 1945 has been that military might is not especially effective at combating popular nationalist uprisings. The sooner Israel realizes that their concept of appropriate military retaliation simply doesn't work, the better. It does not help that the West sees the Israelis as less implicit in the continuing violence.

The U.N. has no right to dictate Israel's borders-the U.N. is a corrupt tool of whoever has most control in it at the time. It has absolutley no legitimacy. The 48 borders are irrelevant-Israel did not start the war. The U.N. might of given boundaries to Israel in 1948 but Israel did not start the war.
Ehm...
Palestinians had their land taken from them at once, without them having a say into the matter, and after that more and more land was taken, and now with the wall still under construction, Palestinians can expect to lose even more land, and water sources.
Israel is effectively crushing the Palestinian economy. Give them more business opportinities and relations will improve, guaranteed.

How do you give stuff to someone you are at war with?

And giving into all Pal. desires is patently rediculous, and many of them wish to drive Israel into the sea.

One of many problems with any sort of peace process is that all equitable solutions must be more favorable to the Palestinians. Given that over the past 50 years, Israel has pursued policy after policy that systematically infringed on the sovereignty of the Palestinians, any peace plan now must undo this.
Further, many in Israel believe that Israel should include all of the occupied territories. So arguing that the Palestinians are extremists is ridiculous. Both sides have their extremists.

Yeah. You have to be a moron or a US official not to realize this.
I think Israel should just go. It's not a viable country and there are better places for Jews to live than in the middle of the Arabs.

Your definition of extremism is incorrect.
Israeli "extremists", as you name them, don't advocate killing people indiscriminately in order to further their goals. Their political views may be unrealistic, but they're not inclined towards murder for their cause. And in the Israeli political spectrum, they're not extremists.
Of course, there is a minute number of Israelis who one could compare to Palestinian Hamas members. But Hamas members enjoy large levels of popular support in the Palestinian population and cannot be called extremists in any way. They're part of the mainstream. And Israelis comparable to Hamasniks (Kach members and the like) enjoy probably less than 1% support of the Israeli population. They number in the lower thousands. Hamas support numbers in the millions. or the hundreds of thousands. Not a very valid comparison, I think.
You should compare ideology and support levels more carefully before making a statement like that. Of course both sides have their extremists, because extremists exist in any political spectrum. The difference is what these extremists are willing to do.
"You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours."--General Sir Charles James Napier

So, when southern Sudanese tribes dare to cling to a Christian heritage that predates Islam, the northern Sudanese Islamists think such should submit to the will of Allah (as they see it) by being starved to death.
Obviously the half-Arab rulers are right, the Christian tribes are not viable and should "just go." And since there isn't any convenient place to send them, the grave will do.
As you point out, the Christian Sudanese, i.e., the Nubians, were there first. That is their homeland. It's not really comparable to Arab natives fighting against a European colony.

Given how we have and continue to treat them, they'd be fully justified.
For both Palestinian and First Nations, the colonizer is a fact and is here to stay. I think even Hamas realizes that it cannot throw the Israelis out, no matter how much it may wish to do so. However, Israel is a rather brutal colonial master (much like we were before the last century). They kill far more Palestinian non-combatants, than vice versa, and not merely because the terrorists live among the people. Israeli troops do fire upon civilians just to stir things up.
