I would go even further to say he is the worst President since 1932. It would take Hoover (another Republican) to make a President who could even rival Bush for the title of most worthless piece of ****.
I now feel fully vindicated in my arguments with my ex-girlfriend back in 2000 when I said Bush was stupid and would be a horrible President. Bush promised to return honesty and integrity to the White House.

Though I do have to say Hoover gets far more blame than is warrented. Yeah he didn't do enough, but in the context of his era, he was seen as spending up a storm.
